1. Who We Are

This privacy policy applies to AccelaBlue Advisory Group, an independent infrastructure advisory firm founded and led by Michael R. Filips, PE, headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, USA. References in this policy to "we," "us," and "our" refer to AccelaBlue Advisory Group.

This policy covers the website accelablue.ai and any subpages under that domain. It does not cover third-party sites that we link to.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

When you complete the consultation request form on our Contact page, we collect the information you submit. Depending on which fields you complete, this may include:

• Your name and business title
• Company or organization name
• Business email address and phone number
• Project stage, estimated project size, and confidentiality requirements
• The free-text project brief you provide
• Decision or advisory timeline

You control what you submit. Only your name and business email are strictly needed for us to respond; other fields help us prepare for a useful first conversation.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit any page on this site, standard web technologies automatically collect limited technical information, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, pages visited on our site, timestamps, and general geographic location inferred from your IP address. This information is used for security, fraud prevention, site analytics, and advertising measurement, as described in the sections below.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not knowingly collect payment card information, government identifiers, biometric data, precise geolocation, health information, or information from children under the age of 13. We do not require you to create an account to browse the site.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to consultation requests and other inquiries you submit
• Prepare for and conduct scoping conversations about potential engagements
• Send project-related communications you have requested
• Measure how our advertising performs, so we can spend the marketing budget sensibly
• Understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it

• Comply with legal and contractual obligations, including federal procurement recordkeeping where applicable

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies. A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device to remember information across visits. Some cookies are set by us; others are set by third-party services embedded on our pages. The table below summarizes what is in use.

We do not use social-media pixels (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X) or any other advertising or data-brokerage trackers beyond Google Ads.

• Industry opt-outs. Use the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out to opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies.
• Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out of sale or sharing of personal information for California residents.

5. Third Parties Who Receive Information

We share personal information only with the service providers described below, and only for the purposes described above.

• Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, as described in the Cookies section. Google processes this data as a service provider under our account. See Google's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — content delivery, DDoS mitigation, and email address obfuscation. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — website hosting infrastructure. AWS may collect standard server access logs. See AWS's privacy notice.
• Email and productivity providers — messages you send via the consultation form or by email are received and stored in our business email system so we can respond to you.

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or lawful government request, or when necessary to protect our rights, our clients' confidentiality obligations, or the safety of any person.

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense of the term. We do use Google Ads remarketing, which under the California Consumer Privacy Act may be considered "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. See the California Privacy Rights section below for how to opt out.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as is reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by contract or law.

• Consultation-request form submissions are retained for as long as we may reasonably need to respond to and follow up on the inquiry, and thereafter in ordinary business records for a period consistent with professional-services norms.
• Google Analytics data is retained for the default 14-month rolling window and then automatically deleted.
• Google Ads conversion and attribution data is retained per Google's default policies.
• Server and security logs are retained for short periods appropriate to their purpose.

You may request earlier deletion of any information you have provided, subject to legitimate business and legal recordkeeping needs, using the contact details at the end of this policy.

7. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information under our control. This includes HTTPS encryption of the site, a CDN-fronted architecture, obfuscation of email addresses displayed on the site, and access controls on the systems that receive form submissions. Client engagement information is treated under Non-Disclosure Agreements as standard practice.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not use the consultation form to transmit classified or highly sensitive project details before an NDA is in place.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you reside, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding personal information we hold about you:

• Access — request a copy of what we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of information that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Deletion — request deletion of your information, subject to lawful retention needs
• Opt-out of sale or sharing — instruct us not to share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
• Non-discrimination — we will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, generally within 45 days.

California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the specific rights described above under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. In the past 12 months, we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 2 (identifiers, commercial information, internet activity information, and inferences drawn from the above). We have disclosed identifiers and internet activity information to our service providers for the business purposes described in Section 3, and we share identifiers and internet activity information with Google for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may opt out of that sharing by using the controls in Section 4 (browser GPC signal, Ads Settings, or industry opt-outs), or by contacting us directly. We do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of anyone under age 16.

9. Children's Privacy

This site is directed to professionals in the infrastructure, energy, and finance industries. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Visitors

The site is operated from the United States, and information collected through the site is processed in the United States. If you are visiting from outside the United States, be aware that United States data protection laws may differ from those of your country. By using the site or submitting the consultation form, you consent to this processing.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or applicable law. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted for a reasonable period. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
